Hi My Name is Owen and I have been part of the team at Advantage investment for almost three years!
My interest in property stemmed from a young age, working for my mum stripping walls and ripping carpet up on the properties she had bought to refurbish for a few extra quid on the weekends.
I learnt a lot from her at the time including the reasoning behind her investments, such as the importance of location and capital growth when it came to purchasing a property.
This galvanised me to save up and get my foot on the property ladder myself, and also look to start building a portfolio with the knowledge I had gained from her.
The emotional attachment you build through investing in property has always resonated with me, which is why I decided to pursue a career in the industry.
I want to help all my clients find the perfect property for them, and go through the same experience that drew me in in the first place.
On top of my property investments, I like to diversify my income streams through other means such as the odd crypto coin, bonds and multiple stocks as well. My portfolio consists of a mixture of safe steady investments juxtaposed with some higher risk, higher reward projects.
I enjoy spending my downtime exploring the wealth of incredible restaurants, bars and attractions that my hometown of Liverpool has to offer. I am also a massive Evertonian so on matchday you will find me in Goodison Park, cheering on the Mighty Blues!
