I worked freelance in the past, sourcing property investment deals for clients across the UK and now I have transferred those skills onto a much larger scale, working with client across the world as well as the UK. When helping clients make a decision on their property investment, I always ask them to consider the following: Will it offer consistent monthly cash flow? Will it appreciate handsomely in equity over the years and allow for refinance options? Does it allow for an easy exit strategy should you ever wish to sell in the future? If the answer is yes to all, it’s a good investment.
While property has become my passion, I consider myself a very sociable and adventurous individual. In my down time, I love to travel and explore new cities/countries. This is also why I love property investments; I get to see all the architect designs and what makes a location high demand for living and visiting.
